Senior Paralegal

Marissa is the Firm’s senior paralegal. She is in charge of all document gathering and initial bankruptcy petition drafting. She has been with the Firm for 10 years. Marissa resides in New York with her children.

Cindy Peterson,
Legal Assistant

Cindy Peterson is a Legal Assistant, who has worked with Jack E. Wenarsky, Esq. since 2007. She brings over 25 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration and real estate transactions. Cindy earned her Paralegal Certificate from The Pennsylvania State University in 1997. She lives in the Township of Roxbury with a dog and two cats.

Nyrva Redmond
Law Clerk

Nyrva Redmond has over 15 years of litigation experience and understands the legal challenges many clients encounter. Nyrva is a wife, mother, and daughter. She is passionate about her faith in God and serving others. Prior to joining Wenarsky & Goldstein, Nyrva earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in December 2017. She then worked for a boutique Bankruptcy and Foreclosure firm in Parsippany for several years. With her legal background, experience and knowledge, Nyrva is able to assist clients with their bankruptcy, real estate closing and other litigation matters
