Chapter 13 Trustee Information and Payments

YOUR CHAPTER 13 PAYMENTS COMMENCE THE CALENDAR MONTH AFTER YOU FILE.

This means that, for example, if you file in June, your first payment is due in July. Please note that you must also recommence all secured (e.g. car and mortgage) payments in that month. Send payments to the address that you used to send before the case started.

All Non Electronic payments to trustees must be made by money order or certified check. Personal checks or checks sent via bank epay will be rejected. Please put your case number on any checks/money orders so that the Trustee can easily credit your case.
